Acceptable Use Policy

Research and automation with clear boundaries.

These rules protect customers, data subjects, platforms, and the service.

Effective and last updated September 16, 2026

Authorized use

Use Growth Intelligence only for accounts, workspaces, websites, and data you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person, evade a provider’s consent screen, share credentials, bypass role limits, or attempt to obtain another company’s data.

Research sources

Do not direct the service to defeat a paywall, login, technical access control, rate limit, robots instruction, or provider restriction. Do not upload session cookies or credentials for research. Public-source research must be used lawfully, with extracts limited to what is needed for analysis. Do not use the service to build dossiers about private individuals.

Restricted data

Do not submit payment-card data, passwords, government identifiers, precise location histories, children’s data, health information, biometric data, or other sensitive or special-category personal data unless Consultdemy has expressly agreed in writing to support that use.

AI and published claims

Review and substantiate every generated claim before publication. Comparative claims, competitor names, prices, guarantees, regulated statements, and customer quotations require explicit human review and reliable current evidence. Do not present model output or an inferred absence as verified fact.

Abuse

Do not use the service for malware, phishing, harassment, discrimination, surveillance, unlawful advertising, intellectual-property infringement, service disruption, model or credit exhaustion, reverse engineering beyond rights that cannot be waived, or attempts to probe another tenant. Security research requires written authorization and a defined scope.

Enforcement

Consultdemy may block a request, connection, or account when reasonably necessary to protect the service, another customer, or a third party, or to investigate suspected misuse. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a path to correct it.
