Connected services such as Meta, Shopify, HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Webflow are enabled by the customer and also process data under their own relationship, permissions, and terms.
Changes and objections
Consultdemy will give customers at least 30 days’ notice before a new subprocessor begins processing Customer Data. Notice may be sent to the account administrator’s email and posted here. A customer may object during that period on reasonable data-protection grounds by emailing erkan@consultdemy.com. The process and available remedies are stated in the DPA.
Transfer safeguards
Consultdemy assesses the role, security, and contractual commitments of subprocessors and uses applicable contractual transfer safeguards when required. Exact processing locations may change within a provider’s documented infrastructure and customer-selected configuration.
