Agreement
These Terms of Service (the Terms) are an agreement between Consultdemy LLC (Consultdemy, we, us, or our) and the person or organization using Growth Intelligence (you). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
The service
Growth Intelligence is a marketing research, measurement, experimentation, and collaboration product. It can organize public evidence and authorized data from advertising, commerce, CRM, website, and related services; generate AI-assisted analysis; and help teams plan and review tests. Features, supported providers, limits, and beta availability may change as the product develops.
Accounts and workspace access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Agency owners and administrators control agency access. Client administrators control access inside their assigned company workspace. You are responsible for invitations you send and for removing people who should no longer have access.
Connected services
You may connect only accounts and data you are authorized to use. You authorize Growth Intelligence to access, process, and store the information allowed by the permissions you approve. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and data practices, and you remain responsible for your relationship with them. Disconnecting a service stops future access after saved credentials are removed; it does not delete the source account or previously imported workspace records.
Your content and our permission to process it
You retain ownership of business context, files, instructions, and other content you submit. You grant Consultdemy a limited permission to host, copy, transform, analyze, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Growth Intelligence. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
AI output and business decisions
AI-assisted research and recommendations can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Public-source evidence may omit material facts. Growth Intelligence helps teams evaluate decisions; it does not guarantee campaign performance, revenue, lead quality, legal compliance, or any other result. You are responsible for reviewing output, verifying important claims, and approving actions before use.
Acceptable use
You may not use Growth Intelligence to break the law; violate another person’s rights; access an account without authority; distribute malware; bypass security or usage controls; disrupt the service; misrepresent generated evidence; or collect, upload, or expose data you are not permitted to process. You may not resell or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
Plans, credits, and beta access
Plan limits, trial periods, credits, and included features are shown in the product or an agreed order. Credits may expire when a trial or plan ends and have no cash value. During the current beta, Growth Intelligence does not automatically collect or renew payment unless pricing and renewal terms are clearly presented and accepted before purchase.
Feedback
If you provide product feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment. We will not publicly identify you or disclose confidential workspace information as part of that use without permission.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful or abusive use, nonpayment of an agreed charge, or material violation of these Terms. We may end a beta or the service with reasonable notice when practical. You can request deletion as described on the Data Deletion page.
Service availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Consultdemy disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Consultdemy’s total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Consultdemy for Growth Intelligence in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change calls for it. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to erkan@consultdemy.com.
