Disconnect a connected service
Open the company workspace, go to Connections, expand the provider’s connection controls, and choose Disconnect account. This removes the provider credentials saved by Growth Intelligence and stops future imports. You can also revoke Growth Intelligence from the provider’s own security or connected-app settings.
Disconnecting does not delete the account at Meta, Shopify, HubSpot, Google, Webflow, or another provider. Previously imported evidence and analysis remain in the Growth Intelligence workspace until they are included in a deletion request.
Request deletion
- Email erkan@consultdemy.com from the email address associated with your Growth Intelligence account.
- Use the subject Growth Intelligence Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us the company or workspace name and whether you want to delete a specific provider connection, your user account, or the entire company workspace.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, app secrets, or other credentials. We may ask for a safe account or business identifier to confirm the correct records.
Meta and Facebook data
To stop Meta access immediately, remove Growth Intelligence from your Facebook or Meta Business Integrations settings. Then follow the deletion-request steps above and include the name of the connected Meta business or ad account. We will verify that you are the account holder or an authorized workspace administrator before removing the related Growth Intelligence records.
What happens after a request
We first verify the requester’s authority so one person cannot delete another company’s data. We then remove or de-identify the covered account information, connection credentials, imported records, saved research, company memory, chats, findings, tests, and related work product from active systems. We will confirm completion by email.
Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or backup recovery. Backup copies are isolated from normal product use and expire through the regular backup lifecycle. Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer identify you or your company may be retained.
Agency and client workspaces
Removing a person from one client workspace removes their access to that company only. A request to delete your user account does not automatically delete a company workspace owned by other authorized members. Deleting an entire company workspace must be requested by a company administrator or the agency owner responsible for that workspace.
Questions
If you are unsure which option applies, email erkan@consultdemy.com with the workspace name and the outcome you want. We will explain the available scope before processing the request.
