Privacy Policy

Your business data should work for you.

This policy explains what Growth Intelligence processes, why we need it, and the controls available to every agency and client workspace.

Effective and last updated September 14, 2026

Who operates Growth Intelligence

Growth Intelligence is operated by Consultdemy LLC (Consultdemy, we, us, or our). This policy applies to the Growth Intelligence application, its agency and client workspaces, and related support services.

Information we collect

  • Account and workspace information: name, business email, company, role, invitations, preferences, and authentication records.
  • Connected service data: information authorized through a supported connection, such as Meta campaign performance and ad content, Shopify orders and products, HubSpot deals and pipeline stages, Google Ads data, or Webflow site content when those connections are enabled.
  • Business context and work product: company profiles, goals, constraints, competitors, evidence, hypotheses, tests, decisions, feedback, support reports, and AI chat history.
  • Public research: public webpages, advertisements, business listings, reviews, social posts, and similar public sources gathered directly or through research providers such as Apify.
  • Technical and usage information: browser and device details, timestamps, feature activity, errors, security events, and usage or credit records.

Please do not place passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in AI chats or company notes.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; provide client-scoped workspaces; import and normalize marketing, commerce, CRM, and website data; produce research, measurement, recommendations, and tests; maintain company memory; send service and invitation emails; provide support; account for plan usage; prevent abuse; and improve the reliability of the product.

AI-assisted analysis

Growth Intelligence sends relevant prompts, business context, and selected evidence to AI service providers to produce requested analysis and drafts. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before it is used for a campaign, business, or customer decision. We do not use customer business data to serve third-party advertising.

When information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the product, follow your instructions, protect the service, or comply with law. Service providers may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data storage, Anthropic for AI processing, Apify for public-source research, and email or connected-platform providers involved in a feature you use. Workspace administrators and authorized agency members can access information within the workspaces assigned to them.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share a client workspace with another client. A connected provider continues to handle its own source data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Connected accounts and credentials

Connections use provider authorization flows or access credentials supplied by an authorized user. Connection tokens are stored server-side with encryption and access controls. Growth Intelligence requests the permissions needed for the selected feature. Current imports are designed for analysis and reporting; the product does not publish ads, change budgets, or edit a connected storefront unless a separate action is clearly presented and authorized.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, workspace, imported, and generated information while it is needed to provide the service and maintain the business record of a workspace. Disconnecting a provider removes its saved credentials and stops future imports, but previously imported evidence remains until it is separately deleted. When an authorized deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify covered information unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or limited backup recovery.

The full request process is available on our Data Deletion page.

Your choices

  • Update business context and workspace membership from the product where controls are available.
  • Disconnect a connected service in Connections or revoke Growth Intelligence from the provider.
  • Ask for access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing erkan@consultdemy.com from the address associated with your account.
  • Unsubscribe from optional marketing email using the message controls. Essential account, security, and service messages may still be sent.

Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the information we process, including authentication, workspace access controls, encrypted connections, restricted server-side credentials, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Children

Growth Intelligence is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product or its legal obligations change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when a material change calls for it. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to Consultdemy LLC at erkan@consultdemy.com.
